How to Place Your Order
Ordering is simple and convenient! You can:Â
Purchase Lead-Time
For the freshest and highest quality experience, we recommend placing your orders at least 1 day in advance.
Pick-up Locations
Choose your preferred location to pick up your orders:
Pick-up Lead Time
A maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be implemented. If you do not make it to the agreed pick-up time, Astoria Palawan will not be held liable for possible depreciation of the order’s quality.
Purchase Lead-Time
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the original transaction to be eligible for a full reversal.
Once the cancellation has been validated by our team, the reversal process may take up to 7 business banking days to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
